Tony Bagneschi

Mr. Bagneschi is a principal and founding member of Insight Land & Investments.
He began his real estate career in early 2000 as an associate at Lee & Associates, a leading full service commercial brokerage firm in the valley.

In June of 2001, Mr. Bagneschi played a major role in the founding and creation of Insight Land & Investments, and by 2003, became a principal at the age of 29. Mr. Bagneschi represents his clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment acreage and farm ground, development land, residential / commercial lots and master planned communities.

In 2005, Mr. Bagneschi brokered one of the largest land transactions ever in the State of Arizona – 15,780 acres located in Harquahala Valley, AZ with a sales price of just over $97,000,000.00. In early 2007, as the Phoenix land market became very unstable, Mr. Bagneschi and a select few of his clients began to look for opportunities in other markets.

As a result, Mr. Bagneschi was able to assist in the acquisition and assemblage of over 5000 acres of farm ground in and around Boise, ID, and by the end of 2008 was able to turn the properties for a net profit of over 60%. Over the past 16 years, Mr. Bagneschi has acquired a vast knowledge of the “land business”, a knowledge that allows him to analyze a specific deal from any Buyer’s perspective – farmer, speculator/investor, developer, and builder/end user. Since 2001, Mr. Bagneschi has been involved in over $1,000,000,000 of land transactions.

Mr. Bagneschi was recently featured in Arizona Commercial Real Estate Magazine’s 2019 edition of People & Projects to know in Commercial Real Estate.
