He was involved with one of the largest transactions in Maricopa County when he sold 275 acres owned by the Bartlett Heard Estate to Sunbelt Holdings. This property has been developed into the Legacy Master-planned Community. His most recent transactions involved approximately 87 acres of multi-family land located at the entrance of the Marriott Desert Ridge Resort for a combined total of $47,350,000.00.
