Matt has practiced real estate since 2001 and has been active in the Arizona market since 2004. He has focused on the marketing and sale of land to homebuilders, commercial, industrial and investment/speculative clients with an emphasis on the West Valley markets. In addition, Matt has been very active in the multifamily sector of the market. His knowledge of land values, development costs, trends, governing bodies and constraints have made him a trusted source for his clients. As of late, Matt has been concentrating on distressed and non-performing assets for both private and public lenders. Matt is a member of Urban Land Institute, YLG, and has an active role in many philanthropic endeavors. Prior to joining Insight Land & Investments, Matt was a Maricopa County In-Fill Specialist with Land Advisors Organization.
