INFRASTRUCTURE
Insight Infrastructure is led by Ken Reycraft, Haydn Reycraft, and Kyle Root. The team specializes in renewable energy and digital infrastructure throughout the Metro Phoenix region. Their entry into the power industry began with siting utility-scale solar projects in Pinal County.
Following the successful close of the Eleven Mile Solar Project, they have gone on to site several utility-scale battery storage projects and secure over 7,000 acres for future solar development. While sourcing generation for SRP and APS, the team expanded into the data center sector, identifying and securing multiple hyperscale sites across Metro Phoenix.
ORSTED SOLAR

The Orsted Eleven Mile Solar Project encompassed a 2,400-acre land assemblage led by Ken Reycraft and his team, who represented Orsted throughout the acquisition process. Today, the project delivers 300 MW of clean solar energy, paired with a 300 MW / 1,200 MWh battery storage system. It supplies power to approximately 65,000 homes annually through SRP.
DATA CENTER
While supporting BESS developers in the Metro Phoenix area, the team discovered that data centers were their primary competition for land near substations. Recognizing the rapid rise of the AI boom, they swiftly pivoted to identify and secure sites for hyperscale data center projects across the region. Leveraging their proprietary software — originally developed for siting energy generation facilities — they quickly adapted to the data center market. Today, they have over 2 GW of hyperscale development under contract.
BATTERY STORAGE

The team leverages a proprietary mapping system that integrates land ownership, land use, power infrastructure, fiber availability, and planned utility expansions. This centralized platform provides them with a comprehensive, data-driven understanding of the Phoenix infrastructure landscape.
