Mike began his real estate career with Ratliff, Miller and Muhr, Inc., a privately held syndication firm engaged in a wide variety of real estate activities. As one of the major players in the Arizona Real Estate market for over 30 years, Ratliff, Miller & Muhr bought and sold several hundred thousand acres of prime developable land. In 2002 Mike joined Empire Commercial Real Estate where he continued to focus on acreage in its varying forms, including speculative acreage, entitled acreage and acreage programmed for master planned communities. During his 8 years at Empire Commercial Mike was involved in the sale of numerous master plan community sites along with thousands of platted and finished lots. In 2010 Mike joined the Land Services Group at CBRE, a specialty division that is devoted to the sale and consultation of land. At CBRE, Mike and his colleagues were involved in a broad spectrum of land activities, including the sale of farm acreage, master planned acreage, platted lots, finished lots, multifamily land, commercial land, industrial land as well as adaptive reuse projects. As a native Arizonan, Mike brings inimitable insights and over 28 years of local experience to the brokerage process.
