Joe Werner began his real estate career in 2015 as a junior associate working for one of the owners and founding members of Insight Land & Investments. In his first year as a sales agent for the company, Mr. Werner was awarded Rookie of The Year after brokering 39 real estate transactions in the single calendar year. Mr. Werner specializes in industrial, multifamily, agricultural, and speculative land sales, with an emphasis on the Maricopa County markets. His knowledge of land values, development costs, trends, governing bodies & constraints have made him a trusted source for his clients. As an Arizona native and the son of a European immigrant, Mr. Werner prides himself on out-working and out-learning his competition in the ever-changing real estate industry. Mr. Werner is a member of the Urban Land Institute, YLG, NAIOP, WVCREG, & is actively growing his own real estate portfolio.
