About Me
Haydn has worked in land brokerage since 2021. He specializes in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. Haydn has grown his knowledge to fit a variety of needs for his clients, helping them navigate development in Metro-Phoenix. Haydn is also a founding member of the Insight Infrastructure Team, which specializes in energy infrastructure projects throughout Arizona. His clients include independent power producers, hyper scalers, manufacturers, institutional investors, and family investment offices. Haydn has made it his mission to bring great businesses and meaningful investments to Metro-Phoenix.
Haydn was pursuing an education in mechanical engineering at ASU when he realized he did not want a corporate 9-5 desk job. He got his real estate license at 18 and began working for his father Ken Reycraft in land brokerage. After joining his father in the land business, he never looked back. Today, he works alongside his father Ken who has over 28 years of experience in the region. Haydn plans to crush his father,and control all the land in Metro Phoenix.
Haydn was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona. He enjoys time with friends and family, and his Poodles, Molly and Harper. His passions include mountain biking, camping, fishing, exploring, history, offroad-racing, cars, and putting deals together!
