Dave Headstream began his second career over 30 years ago, moving to Arizona and learning the land brokerage business.
He represents sellers and buyers at every phase of the land continuum:
• raw and speculative land
• agricultural income producing land
• large-tract production home-building land
• infill land to be rezoned for high density multifamily development
• land occupied by obsolete or under-utilized structures to be rezoned, razed, and repurposed for highest and best uses
In this latest real estate cycle, Headstream has focused primarily on finding multifamily sites for buyers and developers of garden, gurban, infill (podium, wrap, mid-rise, and high-rise) projects. This includes both market-valued sites and those under the designations of DDA, QCT, and Opportunity Zones.
Headstream has also spearheaded three viable Data Center sites for Microsoft in Arizona and distribution warehouse land for select clients.
Headstream spends his spare time hiking and watching his grandkids’ sporting events.
