Built in 1985, Silver Creek Golf Club is an 18-hole, daily fee golf course with full amenities located in Show Low, Arizona. The routing meanders through 123 acres of gently rolling juniper covered hills and features three lakes. Silver Creek was named “New Course of the Year” in 1987 by the Arizona Republic and was nominated by Golf Digest for “Best New Golf Course in the U.S.” Well known as Golf Course Architect Gary Panks' first design, this championship course remains among his favorites to this day. Silver Creek Golf Club provides an outstanding challenge for all, from the expert player using the black tees at 6,813 yards to the novice playing the white or scarlet tees. It is a delightful course for everyone to play, including ladies, seniors and juniors. In addition to an award-winning design, Silver Creek has excellent practice facilities. Not only is there a 280-yard driving range (with actual target greens set at 100, 150, and 200 yards), but there is also a short game area which features 10,000 square foot putting green. What is unique about Silver Creek is the “extra” par three, 19th hole typically used for play-offs or settling a bet! This practice hole can also be redeveloped or clubhouse enlarged if the new owner has that desire.
