Wynn started his Real Estate career in 1984 after Fifteen years working for Xerox Corporation. Wynn spent four years with Coldwell Banker Commercial in the Industrial Division and then joined Amcor Investments, the real estate arm of Lincoln Savings. Here he managed the Industrial Developments of Continental Tech Center in Gilbert AZ and Continental Ranch in Tucson. Wynn remained on with the FDIC conservatorship for the Lincoln portfolio where he managed the marketing efforts of six hundred million dollars of developed and undeveloped projects in Arizona, Colorado and California. Key projects here were 1000 Oaks LLC in Thousand Oaks California, and a 600-acre housing development outside of Denver Colorado. In 2000 Wynn founded Hayden Ventures where he has managed and developed projects in the Phoenix area highlighted by Rancho Mirage in Maricopa, 400 Roberts Place in Portland OR and Mushsun LLC at the Phoenix Gateway Airport in Mesa and Lettiville LLC in north Scottsdale.
